I have been doing yoga with Linda for several years now, and while I have tried other styles and teachers, it has been yoga, as led by Linda, which I have found to be the best fit for me. Linda leads her students through a series of postures in a smooth and ordered manner, using gentle and astute reminders along the way to make sure they/you are in proper alignment… I can’t overstate how important her vocal quality has been to my practice. Her voice is gentle and soothing, assured and reassuring….

Linda’s classes have heightened my self-awareness and caused me to become more mindful and, generally, a more willing and nicer “vessel” into which the love of my family and friends is poured. Linda is an excellent teacher. She carefully plans the content of each term and every class. Unlike some yoga classes that seem to be a random series of poses, each class builds on material that has been previously taught. She stresses the importance of adapting each pose to suit the individual and clearly demonstrates the variations. And as Linda learns new techniques and approaches to yoga she incorporates this material into her classes. Because of Linda’s effective teaching, learning yoga is something I really enjoy and hope to continue for years to come.
